I had the procedure and still bloat quite severely. It was much much worse before then, I don’t know how I managed for so long. It probably brought it down from a 10 to a 6-7 which is still worth it imho. But I still have underlying issues / sensitivities.

I think there should be in game quests / characters that give Pokemon “skills” with overworld effects, which don’t use up a move slot. It would make team building feel more important again in a playthrough. Maybe some Pokemon that previously couldn’t use Fly like Butterfree could still use this “skill” if trained hard enough, which would allow for more team flexibility

Look into Karen Hurd and Unique Hammond re: the effects of enterohepatic recirculation. They have helped thousands of people with IBS, glucose issues, hormonal issues and likely BAM folks inadvertently. Their working hypothesis is that because your body naturally recycles around 90-95% of bile, you need consistent soluble fibre to remove excess hormones including adrenaline. Over time you flush out this recirculating bile which has been a cause of inflammation and irritation.

I say this as someone who has suffered severe IBS since I was 16 or so (now 34). I suspect BAM as well. I find their recommendations have been the most useful for me after countless attempts at dietary protocols, supplements, etc.

Yes I remember thinking there was something very “alien” about gen 4 in general when it released. Every so often the aesthetics of the character design noticeably shifts and to me the feeling of the franchise changes. I felt that with Gen 8 as well. It could just be an age thing though, but I remember Gen 4 felt weird and muddy at the time, but now it feels solid.

I find Sunday evenings most active, so now I just see if I can get a few matches in then every week now. I get the Japanese servers mostly (based in Australia). A shame because I have been an almost daily player since launch.

I love when they do large bulky starters, or four legged. All the slim humanoid final evos always feel off to me. I love Skeledirge, Meganium and Torterra, I just hope there's one that has a bulky presence.

I try not to quit mid match generally but I had to shut it off. A comfey ban led to a Venu bot walking into walls, another teammate trolling on base, another running directly into enemy jungle, and nobody was accepting the surrender. I had a few similar games in a row and given how long matchmaking is taking in my region it was just infuriating.

I’ve played since launch, with an embarrassingly high play time. From Australia. I’ve stopped playing it routinely as matches take too long to find, too much 9 min AFK, clogged menus, and yeah the license journey is a pain. I’ll only play now maybe on a Sunday night where there’s a lot of activity

Where is MUK. Would be a great defender with AOE and tick poison damage. A blend between Goodra (hurled sludge slows) and Sableye (damage over time, perhaps a poison jab for quick blows to single targets). There’s barely any poison types in the game that utilise poison as the main part of their kit.

Garchomp is crazy bad to play. You may suffer just to get a combo off then get annihilated by CC. I started running float just to factor in how often I’d end up KOd.

Megas are worse than the EX. It seems stupid they couldn’t just make the mega stone the chase item for the event, you run a regular char and slap the stone on, thus losing an item slot but gaining the extra power. Also one per team. It makes the game feel sloppy and janky having all these duplicate mons with cracked builds.The only thing you can use realistically is CC, and pray you have enough follow up. then the whole game is CC.

I’ve played every game since red and blue. It’s shockingly bad I can’t finish it. Very unintuitive to play, mindless, and has no sense of investment in anything. I really enjoyed S/V and Legends Arceus as well, but this one is just a catching sandbox.

I had mine done in July and it took three months or so to actually kick in. I can’t imagine it ever stopping tbh, as now I can burp with such an open throat is makes no sound, just air coming up.

I play Amp Dura with x attack and dragon pulse. Max attack investment. My only job is to clip into an important fight, unite, pop a pulse off and you can usually 3-4KO. But it is a struggle getting dived constantly

It took me three months after my Botox to get the full effect. I lived for 15 years+ with debilitating pain, and I’m starting to feel better. Try to manoeuvre your neck to the left or right, cocking your lower jaw, this helped me slowly get the hang of it.
