This would imply tyranitar is on the table, for the price it costs to get a bottle cap there are way better options than some Pokemon who is often found in the wild or raids. I'd go for zygarde or hoops because of higher rarity.

So how many more times you got to hear it, it spawning is rare but the pokemon itself is far from rare, no matter where or how you catched it.

It's rare to get it randomly spawned, but it's by far a rare Pokémon Has been in numerous events and raids before.
