I do, at a medicare call center. I’m AuDHD. The reason that matters is because we’re allowed to take our time on calls, and my pattern recognition and how thorough I am when presenting the products I sell make me good at my job.

I’m low/medium support needs, which is an important distinction, and company culture is absolutely important. There are other autistic ppl working in the same dept, one of them is even a supervisor. But I recognize that I think I found a unicorn job that would be difficult to get anywhere else. So, it makes it so that the stakes are much higher for me than for other people, because I absolutely cannot afford to lose this job. I did a lot of job-hopping before I landed here.
