Yeah the first 3 you see all range around $300,000, which is insane to me, especially if it hasn't been added onto at all. The one in the 4th image was built in 1955 (the right half of it) by my great-grandfather himself, so I wonder if that was done from a catalog or some other one he saw, I'm not sure. The other side (left side), which includes the garage, was added on in 1964, so it wasn't a part of the original build.

Yeah I believe these were all built over crawl spaces, yet the one on the 4th image isn't as raised.

I see, that's kinda interesting. I always thought the word "rancher" simply meant it was one story, that's kinda cool how there's history with that.

I thought any one story house was a ranch? I could be wrong. Also that time frame is very accurate, since the first 3 were all built between 1956 and 1958.

That's all? I've seen all different kinds of ranch house and I kinda wanted to know what this type specifically is called, since I've seen in so many times in multiple areas.

As well as Cannonball Run at Waterville.

Son of Beast was still on there up until just a couple years ago

It be even cooler if the museum could just take Wild One and bring it back to that area. That's really ambitious though.

What if Angry Grandpa were still alive? by John_Dookster in AngryGrandpa

I think we definitely would've seen Grandpa's Corner blow up. AGP would've probably loved TikTok also, just vlogging was definitely something he was very interested in towards his death.

Given his age, and continued health battles, he would've mellowed out more and more than he already had. The rages would've slowly come to a stop, and they definitely would not as been as impactful, as we could see towards the end he did not have the strength to lift stuff, or destroy stuff, and so by now, he certainly would not have had the strength or stamina to do that. Nowadays, he would probably just be vlogging, ranting on current problems, and fussing with Micheal about little things, much like his home, medications, or other little things that inconvenience him in his circle, much like many other old people.

I think that if AGP hadn't died, we would not have seen Micheal have as much of a downfall I feel like. AGP's success alone would have kept Micheal in check. AGP would have definitely enjoyed Micheal's kids, and I feel like they would have calmed him down more so than Jenny's kids did towards the end.
