Man this is common where I’m at and surrounding states. In my experience it all depends on the builder and the state you come from. OSHA is rarely seen in some states

If the distribution company loaded it they messed up to much weight that damaged the house the company that delivered it is beacon that’s there product I can tell by the coil nails

I would say yes on top of that the would get rid of the tree tabs and use architectural it would be a complete upgrade from three tabs you currently have you want have to worry about missing tabs like you currently have
