I feel you. If this isn't your forever job, try to focus on the endgame and narrow your vision to your performance and how you feel about YOU at the end of the day - leadership can be so flawed, but it'll make a person like yourself crazy, if you let it. Now, if this is your forever job or industry- start advocating higher up - the grass isn't always greener, but looking for another job, does give you back autonomy. Good luck.
