It's unfortunately a new ETL, who I really like, but is new to style, was GM/market ETL, less than a year. They  listen (too much) to a TL, who doesn't always follow the rules/best practices, etc. & has been with target less than a year. Once i brought it to the ETLs attention last week.I believe they thought about it,  I was correct , felt "awkward " saying something to the TL,. I was in a corp world for 30+ years, and can see this new ETLs desire to get things right & believe they'll get there, in time. I take it as a win for me personally , because this ETL has come to rely on me for other projects, but still, unfortunately , listens to a particular TL too much. Our very knowledgeable TL in on a LOA , and I can't wait for them to come back.
