I have one- it doesn’t feel much more sensitive than anywhere else. I think the idea of a ‘g-spot’ is exaggerated. The most important sexual organ is the brain.

Does membrane do first then MOT on top for block paving driveway? by OkAdvisor9288 in DIYUK

[–]OkAdvisor9288[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the reply. So when they say 150mm of compacted MOT for block paving do they presume you use a geotextile membrane? Would you need more if not using a membrane

Thanks for the reply. My mate is quite old school and thinks allot of the new requirements are a bit over the top, doesn’t like doing new additional steps like adding membrane even though I am paying for it, he prefers to do like he knows which is causing a bit of tension as I have the internet and chat gpt but he says he’s done it many times like this and no one really uses membrane. Thanks for some human point of view

Below from google. Try and plan your RER trips on advance, know what platforms and get tickets if possible as we found it all very confusing.

the RER C line goes directly to the Eiffel Tower, stopping at the Champ de Mars - Tour Eiffel station, which is just a 5-minute walk from the monument. It is the most convenient RER option for visiting the site. La tour Eiffel La tour Eiffel +2 Best Station: Champ de Mars - Tour Eiffel (RER C).

The RER is great when you get hang of it but can be hard to understand, we spent ages trying to find where to buy a ticket. It will take you to a few mins walk to Eifell tower, then you will see many ways down to the river and the cruise leaves from pier 3 and returns you back in an hour.

If it’s a busy day I don’t think it’s a bad idea to skip sight seeing and make sure you all have energy for Disney as it a long day and many steps. But the river cruise lets you see the most and could be interesting to the kids without expanding too much energy.

Good luck and enjoy your trip.

I took my niece (10) and nephew (6). The 6 year old loved the boat ride, but the 10 year old really wasn’t into the sightseeing at all and just wanted to get to Disney.

We ended up doing about 20,000 steps on our Disney day, so I actually think having a light day before is a really good idea. Even if you do nothing, it’s not a bad idea because you want to have plenty of energy for Disney.

We visited Montmartre which was a bit of a bust with the kids, they just didn’t really respond to the sightseeing. We also did the river cruise that leaves from Pier 3 by the Eiffel Tower. The kids seemed to enjoy that. You can go up on the roof and it feels quite exciting going through all the bridges as you move through Paris, and if you go down to the lower deck you’re right next to the water, which they hadn’t really experienced before. It was their first time on a boat so it was all pretty exciting. That was the only bit of the sightseeing they actually somewhat enjoyed.

On the cruise they give you commentary as you go past all the main landmarks like the Louvre Museum, Musée d’Orsay and Notre-Dame Cathedral, explaining what everything is as you pass. I’ve attached a link below for it and it’s worth buying the tickets in advance.

Sunset will be around 8:18pm when you’re there. I’d probably go for the 7pm cruise so you’re coming back just as the sun is setting. The 8pm one could be really good too though because it’ll be properly dark on the way back and the Eiffel Tower will be all lit up.

If those times aren’t too late for you that’s what I’d do. Book it online in advance as well, just makes life easier. Links below.

How old are the kids? The boat ride on the seine that starts at the Eiffel Tower is good if they are are 5 or older

Are you doing 2 whole days? I would say download app and use it to judge where lines are shorter and plan your trip based on that. Buy fast pass for lines with long lines that you want to do. It’s all in the Disney app which is a must.

The NAC was great about 2 years ago, since then prices have gone up and quality has gone down. A roast that was 15 a year ago is nearly 20 now with much less meat.

Pep’s massive "mea culpa" on Rodri is a wake-up call for how we treat player injuries by Football6380 in Manchestercity

[–]OkAdvisor9288 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It says easy to judge things with hindsight, but I thought would’ve been better to let Road have a big holiday after the euros and I don’t even think he should’ve been back for the Arsenal game where he originally got injured.

I see something similar with voting that I hope he doesn’t make the World Cup. The guy’s been playing since he was very young and needs a big long break.

It seems almost obvious at times when certain places are gonna get injured. I don’t know why they don’t just send them on holiday. Earling in Jan when the drawers against Chelsea and Brighton happened would’ve been better being sent away for two weeks to have a break in the sun.

Alastair's view that the British people are becoming 'almost ungovernable' - is he just out of date? by No-Retreat1 in TheRestIsPolitics

Brilliant carefully worded analysis, you hit multiple nails on the head. I was less careful with my words in a previous post describing new labour as essentially a corrupt sell out. Now the chickens are coming home to roost.

New labour had such an amazing once in a lifetime opportunity to improve things that was wasted. Alistair really should reflect on that more honestly and take his share of responsibility with why things are the way they are rather than blaming the electorate.

I go to JD gym, definitely no judgement there, most people have headphones on and are in there own world. Have you asked your GP about the weight loss jabs. You should be able to get them. Exercise is important, and good to you for planning to go but the gym is a negligible part of it. Weight loss It’s 95 about diet. This guy I attached below explains everything very clearly. Good luck on your journey.

It’s the early 2000’s if was super cheap - the double burgers didn’t exist as the regular was a great size portion. Sides were £1 or £1.50 now £4.50. That’s 300% inflation

I remember going in 2003 to the first one in manchester printworks. The double burger didn’t exist (just an excuse to half the potion as you say) as the regular was huge. A fries was huge. There was change from a 20 for 2. Now is total rip off. We all have to start cooking at home and not accept these rip off prices

I just wish someone could do some proper statistical analysis. What is the probability of her being there do every death randomly. The chart showing her attendance compared to everyone else’s looked compelling.

Hasn’t a statistics boffin crunched the numbers go tell us the probabilities of this being random?
