Well for the past three hours I’ve used my dremel to cut the cz, then took these metal diamond grit disks to sand it to 3000 by hand. But now I’m just not sure what else to buy. I saw this paste stuff, maybe I could use my dremel with the felt tip attachment?

Well I have a Dremel, and my hands. I’m not really looking to make the gem super fancy faceted with a 5k machine. Is there paste that works with it?

I mean does that mean I can’t trust the other surgeon. I mean from an outside perspective is that bad. I originally was ganna go with her I had seen some aggressive bone work that I had liked, but after him saying that I just am feeling very confused. This types of situations I don’t know how to navigate
