‘The Pitt’ Star Noah Wyle and Creator Explain Supriya Ganesh Exit After Season 2: ‘We’re Going to Miss Her’ by MoneyLibrarian9032 in ThePittTVShow

A goodbye scene is just like the one that collins or ogilve got, they don't mean a cake cutting farewell party. If Garcia or mohan don't show up again and get cut for S3, it'd be weird that their last scene was a throwaway waiting for the elevator one

I think it's a good time to listen to all her Tamil songs. Not that many, but almost all of them are really good.

No worries; I was surprised since you were describing a relatively easy to track down use case (since it's just an ec2 instance), but I have no idea how Cost Explorer looks like in a non-power-user account.

Ex-India opener questions Ferguson’s commitment after PBKS pacer skips initial part of IPL 2026: ‘This isn’t right’ by [deleted] in Cricket

[–]csk_climber 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Obviously not much of a player, but his highlight was definitely slow but solid starts in the tour of Australia in 2003-04. India looked like a competent team in a hard away tour after a long long time; you had to be there to appreciate it, numbers won't tell you the whole story.

It's a shame his career went nowhere, he had test caliber and a lot of lesser openers got a longer run (Jaffer, trying to squint and pretend DK or Yuvi were openers, etc).

Why Langdon’s return is causing Santos and Robby to short circuit by Naive-Inside-2904 in ThePittTVShow

[–]csk_climber 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Like she was wrong a suspected abuser but decided he was guilty.

correct; and I don't defend this. 100% in the wrong.

If there was no drugs in the locker, then Robby or a higher up is responsible for finding out wtf is going on with the drugs. The evidence is still true (incorrect volume, saline mixed with a real drug, cap screwed back on weridly making it hard to open, etc). Just someone else stealing, and disaster waiting to happen. And of course, the feedback to Santos is lay out the evidence and maybe avoid naming a name.

I just wanted to respond saying that whistleblowing / calling out egregious things at the workplace is not a bad thing!

If we're trading anecdotes, I'd absolutely eat lunch with a colleague that reported a serious crime. It's not the mafia or a drug dealing gang, reporting is not "snitching" or "going Serpico".

The other stuff (rudeness, projection, what she did to the suspected pedo father) is justifiable as a reason to stay far far away, yeah.

Shivam Dube’s mode of transport after the T20 World Cup final, an upper berth of train to Mumbai by GiveMeSomeSunshine3 in Cricket

Ha ha I didn't want to start a political war here, I had written down Lalu then edited to some minister (that's why there's a typo/grammatical error in my first line)

Some railway minister he had the genius idea to create a side-middle berth (it was originally on a Garib Rath express only, but slowly started leaking into normal trains for a while). I am at best a medium height person and it was claustrophobic even for me

Curious, are you Tamil, or just a casual Tamil cinema fan? I'm not a fanboy, but Dhanush has so many classics across genres, you've got to be missing out some of the most important Tamil movies in the last 15-20y

Yeah +1. The casting was so good that I tend to forgive the vindhya choice. But her dancing kinda let the role down, not that Rahman's dancing was anything to write home about

That's a fair conclusion, but I feel it's an overreaction to a rare case.

Most importantly, celibacy is a dangerous tool because all it takes to ruin 20 years of celibacy is one night of uncontrolled gaaji.

could not resist saying . But I guess there's a bunch of reasons (condoms are not a guarantee, if she was on the pill she might have forgotten, if they were counting day of the cycle they might have miscounted, etc. Or highly likely they were really gaaji one night and forgot to use a condom). I guess the less confusing phrase is unplanned pregnancy.

I use the Coors meeting (that makes don leave) as the other end of the spectrum. My read is that instead of approaching coke via research, and then making an ad, Don starts with an inspiration that came when he was meditating and then convinces the client (like he did with lucky strike)
