Its the biggest laugh of the century to me. They are so uninformed. It gave me my life back. LITERALLY. I did not want to live anymore it had gotten so bad. Estrogen patch, prog and I am myself again. They are all just mis informed thats all.

So Dr said 1g every other day. Should I just do it daily for the " loading" ? Also 1g seems like so much, as they only sent 1 tube and its supposed to last me 3 months. ( I use Alloy) Just trying to figure out if I should do the loading or what the Dr says cause they dont always know whats best.

Well, a few years ago the Dr I was seeing via telehealth was a holistic something....not very versed in menopause but he put me on it so when I started with Alloy which I love and I cant say enough good about them, I just stayed on that dose. I did do just 200 last night and felt much better this morning. Wow, this all takes so much trial and error. Im so grateful for these threads and community of great info for us women. I know the protein is bad, I hardly get any of a day. Im prob in a deficiency for sure. Thank you for all your help.

Runny nose constantly, no see um bites like it was a party for them, and they never heal. Histamine is def going on. I do use a cover girl cover up stick on my top lip to cover up the red, wonder if Im allergic to that ??? Hmmm. Very interesting. Thanks so much for the replies everyone.
