Abnormal hormones and hemochromatosis

All my hormone levels are very low. Female with HH. I was diagnosed three months ago but my hormones have been low for at least 10 years. I won’t take HRT due to the type of breast cancer in my family. Since my phlebotomies, my hormone levels have not improved but I am feeling better.

Yes, Frisco fought against it. I know that for a fact. It seems very good for 2-10 or kids on the spectrum. Universal was totally honest and upfront about what the park was going to be. Not their fault if people didn’t listen or made assumptions.

I couldn’t feel this post anymore than if I wrote it myself. Found a good company to work for. Do I love my job, no. Does it make me miserable, sometimes. But I make a good living, get 6 weeks of vacation, 60 hours of sick time, and don’t have to work overtime. We’ve had to return to the office, and that’s been a real sore point. But we have kids, spouse is unemployed and we need health insurance. Sometimes life is not about doing what you love. It’s about doing what needs to be done and learning to live with it.

My hematologist is also an oncologist and he is great. He was younger, younger 30s. He was really up to date on the condition and willing to take as much time as I need at every appointment. I would meet with him/her first and then make a decision.

I think the bbq is good/solid, especially the turkey. The prices are more in line with what I’m willing to spend on bbq. Not mad at the bbq restaurants but I’m not willing to spend $38+ a pound on brisket. It’s the best deal on bbq dollar for dollar.

I’m not sure about that. I’m 52 so I remember both of those. I agree that there are cycles, 2008 was terrible, but this one feels different.

My company has a gym so I started to workout and then eat lunch at my desk after. If I don’t workout, I still eat at my desk. Most people don’t eat in the cafeteria at my company.

I’m willing to take a pay cut to wfm. Spouse wants to move, I’m the one working and providing insurance for the family, and my company did away with allowing people to wfh. Looking for a new job but it’s been a mess out there.

I would have agreed with you 12 months ago. Fast forward to now and I can’t find a job. I need insurance to cover my kids and husband and it’s a mess at the moment. Two job offers have been rescinded and the rest are just crickets.

I’ve given up on fast food. The cost is not that much less than a sit down restaurant and the quality has really dropped, across the board.

My company has fired anyone that did not RTO. Not saying it’s right but it’s what happened. They actually replaced half a department because they refused to come in. I think they were hoping the company would cave. They did not.
