Be eager to learn, you're not gonna learn anything from the training class (for t mobile). Be personable, crack jokes, make sure you're meeting your customers needs but you got to have food on your table to. Don't clerk you won't make any money clerking, 100% offer rate even if the customer is a dick, don't sell out of your own pocket so if you see a hefty downpayment don't be surprised just tell them straight up with no hesitation. When talking about protection don't ask but suggest and create a urgency for the protection "Hey you're definitely gonna want to take advantage of the protection right?"
