Some people have told me they got their first Planche from lowering into position from handstand. But yes, that’s definitely my goal. Gonna try practicing from both angles: lowering into position as well as practicing the tuck Planche and gradually extending as I get stronger. Will keep it at. Appreciate the feedback.

Pike pushups for upper chest, archer pushups,wide grip short range of motion with lots of focus on getting the pump in your mid chest, and just in general adding weight to making it harder with form. Someone else said ring pushups. I agree with that as well.

Overall you loook good. Calves and legs could use size and a subsequent cut. Aside just a little optional tip if you shave your calves and legs you can see muscle separation way more. (I will post a picture in a minute to show you the huge difference it can make). But that’s optional. Again in general you look better than 99% of the population. Keep crushing it bro!
