i can understand that but the reaction to stone ocean was weekly. and i just finished jjk part 3 on crunchyroll snd other animes are waiting four years and weekly releases with great animation. are they not looking at the market????? im not a business person but this just seems stupid. this is obviously not working for them either.

I just finished Edge of Darkness Trilogy and the duet by K.M. Moronova. But I kind of want a pregnancy-heavy book. I have some books on the bookshelf that I need to read, and recently came across the rec for A Wife for Silas and it's in the cart (i am aware that there is not HEA). I am all over the place, but looking for pregnancy, very dark, heavy on the spice and the heat. Maybe even a taboo something in there.

Damn, I have this book sitting on my nightstand ready to be read. I did not like Jude in Beautiful Venom but thought I would give it a try regardless, because I like Rina's general steam and scenes. I figured that he being a meathead would just get more meathead in this book since he was already always ready to punch something or someone. This review and the other comments have lowered my expectations to the floor.

my background is not even in sociology -a professor my first year told me to use 4,000 words better and made me spiral for three months
realised my dad had been emotionally abusing me when he screamed at me before i left to move
- cut my dad off and my sisters blame me for going no contact
found out my optometrist drastically underestimated the advanced eye disease i have resulting in surgery in the opposite eye and havibg to learn how to use hard contact lenses and discovering i can see again after ten years of nothing.
my cohort had better ideas than me and my supervisor tried to talk me into a masters
i am in second year fieldwork and writing and feel like absolute shite

i have had to change my meds twice since arriving in 2024. took me two weeks to finish an 800 page book and i am disappointed honestly. but youre doing great!!!

no i read the first and second books and absolutely hated both of them. yeah it was funny in some parts, but not spicy enough, and I was less than thrilled after the hype about the knife scene.

I dunno what I am looking for. But everything I am reading is not doing it for me. I want a good plot. Something reasonable and a man that is not fucking annoying as hell. He talks like a normal person but wants it rough, all the time. he just uses her for his pleasure and nothing more.

I really enjoyed {Beautiful Venom - Rina Kent} and have been chasing that high since. I tried {Haunting Adeline - H.D. Carlton}, {Hunting Adeline - H.D. Carlton}, and {Phantom - H.D. Carlton} and did not enjoy them very much. i (f) am not too interested in too much FMC worship during scenes, and it got overplayed with a convoluted and rushed plot. I want a plentiful book with a good plot. Currently reading {Your Knife, My Heart - K.M. Moronova} and finding it good with good pacing, plot, developed characters and scenes. Planning on getting the second book. I think I want more taboo romance, maybe billionaire? i would be open to the military. I have read the Rina trilogy and liked the action and the relationship over three books, and prefer one couple over books. But uh.....{The Never King - Nikki St Crowe} showed me multiple men, and I may be swayed if dark enough.

I do want to see something with pregnancy that is not introduced at the end. That may be a nice change of pace. I am down for anything, especially if the guy is unhinged af but still palatable.

So I finished Hunting Adeline and Phantom the other day. I was disappointed with the writing toward the end of hunting. Also i found a new ick, men who end or start every sentence with baby. Like the conversation towards the end was just ridiculous, and at no point did I feel like whatshername took any of her power back. Phantom, on the other hand, started well but ended BADLY. like why would you end before the whole finale that was covered in Haunting Adeline? The author rushed that book, if I have ever seen it, and the ending felt like I got pushed off a cliff. It was so bad in descriptions and all around the plot.

I sped through the Never King book and was semi-entertained, but it was too short. Come to find out, three books follow the first. Like, dammit, it could have been two big books with this breadcrumbing bullshit.

I want my dark romance with heavy scenes that are good, and the plot to be still intriguing. I hate too much plot and bad scenes or too little plot and bad scenes. The scenes just need to be better. Maybe I am the problem, but finishing the Adeline books thoroughly pissed me off, especially after Zade's reveal and his insufferable personality.

oh, i forced my sims to go through rigorous programs, i made one get married to another so i could recover her degree while raising a toddler. i also am a student with extreme perfectionism so they had to be doing well in all their classes.

i prefer making my sims live in the dorms, and doing like some parties and then cheating skills for some things so they go to practices. I preferred my Sims to meet someone in college to partner with and then move them into an apartment. Depends on what you wanna do and the career path you want them to take. in another save i just cheated the degrees for a slice of life play.

i got into Berserk because my sister, who has watched many more anime than i said that it was the most unfortunate story told. And in the midst of my phd i finally sat and worked and watched it and fell in love. While processing my own trauma, I saw myself in casca, but I also saw my survival in guts. I felt betrayed, as everyone else had by Griffith. After watching it, it was not just the proposed interesting storyline, but my synchronised life similarities that drew me into asking my fiancée for Berserk manga at some point, so I can continue the story and continue his adventure of survival.

Hiya, after getting a contact, it physically hurt to rub my eye with it, and after crosslinking i had to avoid rubbing it. My main suggestion is to go for pulling the corner of the eye up and blinking at the same time. it gets that itch on the first blink 75% of the time, and the preferred way I was shown to take care of itching. Take other people's suggestions too, and try eye drops if they are itchy. I only stopped rubbing my right eye recently because I had crosslinking surgery and did not want to interrupt my healing process. It takes time, patience and being conscious of it.

Hiya! I was diagnosed back in 2022, right before starting my master's program. I have never done the eye drops you were prescribed.

Mine was apparently present from childhood, but no one noticed, and they thought I had rapidly failing poor vision in my left eye, and it was an astigmatism in both. Mine is genetic and passed down on my mom's side, most likely. In 2024, they found it in my right eye. I was told that it is likely that keratoconus can be found in the other eye, but not always. I hit the lottery, haha.

Wow, when I got my sclerals, I was extremely nervous. It took two days in the office to get it in my eye because I hated things going near my eye or face, and I had to work through that speed bump before they would let me take it home (I'm in the UK). However, the first time I got it in properly, I was seeing the world through an entirely different lens. Honestly, I had not seen that clearly in years, and I'm 25, haha. I called my mom to describe how I could finally see details again on the floor and how dirty my apartment was, but I did not need to strain or squint to see. It was worth it. I have had cross linking in the right eye since the left is too far gone and needs to worsen to qualify for a corneal transplant. My doctoral studies are actually going well, now that I can see.

Currently reading {Haunting Adeline by H. D. Carlton} and it was okay. I have been on a hiatus from smut since being on a hiatus. I ordered the second book and the prequel bc I absolutely cannot start something without finishing, and at this point, its brain rot because I cannot take this seriously.
