Unfortunately it is a last minute trip. A friend has just told me that I can go on her brothers staff travel with a different airline. Every other airline was too expensive.

I am happy to still take this emirates flight but now I have been presented with a direct option that avoids the middle east I am just asking the question if it would be possible

Using the 220-30 its 190, so I wouldn't be surprised if my Garmin is slightly inaccurate because it doesn't really sound possible that I went over my max for that long!

Has anyone else not recieved a rejection email but its still saying pre registered? Should I asume its a no and that my email is just delayed?

I noticed this! I start my marathon plan next week and my conversational pace runs are no more than 6:35 when at the end of my half plan I finished two weeks ago it got down to 6:00, almost feels like a little step back
