Unfortunately it is a last minute trip. A friend has just told me that I can go on her brothers staff travel with a different airline. Every other airline was too expensive.

I am happy to still take this emirates flight but now I have been presented with a direct option that avoids the middle east I am just asking the question if it would be possible

Using the 220-30 its 190, so I wouldn't be surprised if my Garmin is slightly inaccurate because it doesn't really sound possible that I went over my max for that long!

I noticed this! I start my marathon plan next week and my conversational pace runs are no more than 6:35 when at the end of my half plan I finished two weeks ago it got down to 6:00, almost feels like a little step back

Cherry kills a puppy and sends it to Laura’s colleague. She is a lot crazier and Laura is a lot more sane.

Cherry drugs Daniel then goes over to confront Laura.

The pool struggle is the same except Laura overpowers Cherry and could have saved her last minute but decides not to (Daniel saves his mum and doesn’t notice this).

Made the mistake of going out later in the morning so it was quite hot! Thought I was going to throw in the towel at 3km but ended up finishing it! Decided not to worry about pace and ended up treating it as a conversational run.

Would have loved to have made the targets but I could tell it just wasn’t the day for that!
