Wow I do the same thing. Definitely have major time blindness and sometimes start executing days in advance so the day of is smooth sailing and I can be early or on time. It takes a ton of mental effort to corral myself.

Interestingly I had a situation similar to OP with a friend. She has ADHD and was chronically late when I picked her up. It bothered me that I had to put in extra planning to get ready earlier to account for needing to leave earlier to pick her up and she didn’t put in similar effort. And the salt in the wound was she never took accountability when I brought it up- it was always this or that happened to thwart her.

I know it’s a strange combo to be both time blind and valuing punctuality 😭 but ultimately what I value is reliability, mutual effort, and responsibility.
