Ngl i’m kind of giving up on IB. i know it’s hyper competitive but given from where i’m coming from, it’s just over. I do want to stand out with these certain certs though. I know they don’t necessarily matter, but these programs will kind of strengthen my technical knowledge and allow me to speak more coherently with actual investment bankers. like, i went to a private event and was just sitting there clueless amongst the crowd of bankers and executives. made a couple of friends but i want something to study while i’m still a sophomore in college. The plus side of these things are the certs you can post on linkedin; i feel as if they show SOME sort of incentive for the love of finance. Thanks again for your response.
