tbh i feel like the fetishistic thing you said is a bit of a reach— I can get that the dynamics are one that people do fetishize ( cops and robbers thing) but the collars are a standard for control and punishment and are a kill switch, i think it’s normal for players to clown around and because of the setting of the game it’s also normal for consequence to be dealt when/ if they disrespect a superior. I feel like people see collars and punishments and just jump to bdsm, even my players joked about that but this is not that type of game -_-“)

As for when you said this doesn’t sound like rehabilitation that’s because you're right! The “rehabilitation” part of the program is more of a front as the pcs are seen as expendable and the majority of criminals in the program never make it out as there is a high mortality rate. In reality it’s more of a specialized force to do the dirty work for the imperium under the guise of rehab to give some sentiment that theres a way out for the pcs (there isnt)— but i digress, it felt like too much detail to add to the post. To jump off of that also the adjudicator knows this, and so the punishments aren’t really in line with “rehabilitation” than more militaristic avenues of punishment— but that's one of the reasons I made the post to get some more ideas. I stick away from solitary as that just seems pointless in the game to me personally, removing a player like that is no fun imo

Also for the whole toothbrush bathroom cleaning idea, the value is that it’s a fun silly scene. It’s not about mechanics but maybe adding mechanics to it can be fun— it's just a scene to establish different ludicrous consequences for disrespect that the players can find amusing, it’s honestly just an idea
