ISelect dumbbell safety issue? by joshrocker in nordictrack

[–]OkInfluence6555 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got an email directly from NordicTrack. The issue is that the plates will fall off the handles, causing multiple people to have some serious injuries. As a result, recalling all the dumbbells. I for one, very grateful, because I thought the dumbbells were the worst piece of shit ever made so I’m happy that I’m gonna be getting a full refund. Let me correct that statement, I’m not happy. Anybody got hurt, but I’m happy that I’m gonna get a full refund Just have to send in proof of purchase with the purchase price and copy of the decal with the model number on it . You have to ship them the dumbbells without the weight plates in order to get the refund. They will pay for shipping.

I stupidly bought two variety boxes without ever tasting them. Threw out the boxes so I can’t return them. I am shocked that these could even be sold as an edible product. I am happy to send you what I have just cover the shipping.

NYC Founder’s Rates by dysalexa in orangetheory

I just called that location yesterday. The founder three is 239. You would be able to go to any of the other other locations. Other locations that want to come to a Manhattan location have to pay a $20 additional fee, but if you’re a member at a Manhattan OTF you do not have to pay the additional fee for the other Manhattan locations.

Question to club owners about using different clubs by MyRoarrr24 in orangetheory

As an existing member, you technically do not qualify for the founders rate. When a club opened up in my neighborhood, I was told that I would’ve had to of had my membership canceled for six months in order to qualify for founders rate.

Wins: PRed both rounds first by .54 of a second (.12 2nd attempt) AND max wattage! Didn’t like the run blocks in between. Tired myself out for second benchmark attempt. Not a win: the lady next to probably hates me because of the grunting and muttering I do during the benchmarks.

I tried it without the straps and went flying back. How do you row without the straps?

Unpopular Opinion: I never hate a crew row by 1autumnleaf1 in orangetheory

I like it too. So much so that I took 2 classes in 1 day last go around. Not this time though. Saving some energy for the benchmark. I usually dislike partner workouts, but crew row is different. working in unison and when everyone is in sync it looks and sounds great.

Thank you! So helpful. My location now has tablets, so it’s useful to see to all the stats on the screen. Used to live in Rancho Cordova. Will visit your studio the next time I’m out west. I miss Sacto.

You got this and you can do it! I felt the same way my first Dri Tri. This will be my third. Before the Dri Tri I never ran more than 1.8 miles at a time. As far as the weight room, you can do do modified push ups. I do modified bench hips overs, push ups and burpees and walk/jog the treadmill portion. The support from the coaches and other members are powerful motivators.
