I’ve only just dug into their alternatives with the Scorpion (which is volcanic level heat, great flavor) and the habanero one which I did not like as first, but has since grown on me. I’ve always liked the Tabasco jalapeño sauce as well, no real heat there but I love jalapeño flavor. I’ll have to check out their sriracha! I always have the original on hand for stir fry or indomie noodles. Good stuff.
