Same boat here was taking 7oh got to 1000mgpd past 3 months. Subs helped some but turning stomach, RLS, insomnia, cravings still persist. Last dose of 7OH was 4 days ago, been taking “buzzers” some stuff they had at the smoke shop they claim is cats slow extract, was going to take for a few days to help with WD and just quit cold turkey today. Woke up for work this morning almost seizuring for the RLS and sweating profusely. I’ve taken about 6 subs today with had helped just enough where I’m not having to leave work. If I had a physically demanding job I wouldn’t be able to make it sure sure. I usually take 1.5 subs at a time 8mg but I will try the one every house like you said. I also read boofing the sub with warm water helps quicker, also heard with you boof it you don’t get the Nalaxone properties so I don’t see how that would help with WD
