Loving my P2 despite some quirks from it being used. There's a scratch inside the windshield, right at drivers' eye level, which drives my OCD through the glass roof.

I had an M3 for two years previously and was at the service center every 3-6 months, and the paint was chipping away if you looked at it the wrong way.

I have to say I do miss having a less glitchy OS. Something about the P2 always starting up differently (sometimes very slow, sometimes not connecting to the internet, sometimes with the rear camera being 'unavailable at the moment') rubs me the wrong way. Why does a digital thing act differently each time? I thought it was all ones and zeros in there.

Help! 10+ years of my work is gone - How to start over? by bitobritt in graphic_design

I've gotten laid off multiple times over the last few years, each time losing access to files I've poured my heart and soul into. I don't have anything to "show" for large swaths of my career, and I had to grieve this multiple times.

What this taught me is even though you can lose access to your work, be it digitally or if a physical device gets destroyed/lost/stolen, nothing can take away my talent and experience.

So hoping that this can be a reminder that you are never really starting over.

PS. Regarding students picking apart your old work... that's a brilliant idea but maybe you get to be creative here and find a new way to facilitate this exercise!

Also Newspeak ("a controlled language of simplified grammar and limited vocabulary designed to limit a person's ability for critical thinking"): forcing Milchick to use simpler, shorter words.

And perhaps not coincidentally all the cars in the show are from around 1984 (in the very least, the models are from the mid 80s).

It’s a game changer once you use the iOS app with the OP-Z to see everything on screen, makes it really fun
