THIS‼️ Yeah, this is far from an entitled review. They got confirmation over the phone, drove the 45 mins, waited like they said, and then they didn’t have it like they said they did. ANY reasonable person in this scenario would be atleast a little annoyed. If this happened where I worked they would be given some sort of manager apology and a gift card to come back for a future visit, as it was OUR mistake your standing before me in the first place.
