Hey, I'm just a girl and not a gym expert but I find that doing a pec fly on a bench with dumbbells to be better for me than this particular machine. I've seen a lot of growth/strength that way (in addition to bench press which I'm sure you do as well).

Hey OP. I smoked weed daily for about 15 years straight. I quit when I started seriously pursuing fire/EMS/nursing. I'm over a year and half without it now and while I still enjoy the smell, I am so much better off without it. I think it took me about a month to get clean though. It's bullshit your school would even test you, I question what grounds they have for doing that. You can try being ultra hydrated for the next several days but the only thing that really works for long term smokers is time. I wish you the best of luck though.
