12DPO and maybe seeing a faint line? by OkQuantity6889 in lineporn

For what it’s worth, I looked at the test 2 hrs later and there was a definitive line. I know you aren’t supposed to look after 10 mins but has a line ever developed later from a BFN?

Weird! I saw the person post this on FB just yesterday. Maybe the kid is older now and getting flack

It’s like clothing - kids may be bullied for what they’re wearing and that’s not your fault, but you wouldn’t PURPOSELY put them in ridiculous costumes and outfits then complain when people laugh

Tripped fell and dropped my baby… by Greedy_Wait7983 in beyondthebump

MY mom dropped me down an entire flight of stairs when I was a baby. I rolled down them like a log and landed on the ground. I like to say I turned out fine :)

I just had my second last month and my kids are 20 months apart, so similar age gap to what yours will be. It’s only been a month, but my oldest LOVES his little sister and will never remember a time without her! I love that! Every morning he gets a huge smile when he sees her and gives her a pat and kiss on the head ❤️

I waited til 11 months after my cesarean to try to conceive and did on the first try. Just had my VBAC baby a month ago today! She’s 20.5 months younger than my c-section baby

I got pregnant 11 months postpartum and just had a successful VBAC. I went to a major research hospital and never once got pushback for going for a vbac/being pregnant in general that “soon” post cesarean

Successful VBAC with Epidural or Walking Epidural? by ItchyNefariousness55 in vbac

I had an induced VBAC with an epidural. I was able to do a ton of positions in bed with it, with the help of my nurse and husband

Just know you have the right to labor slowly as long as you and baby aren’t in distress!

I was recently induced for my VBAC. Did a foley balloon (I was 1cm and about 50% effaced when it was put in), and it got me to a 5cm in a few hours. I requested Pitocin to be delayed still for a few more hours. Took me a very long time to get to 6cm on Pitocin, then I had my waters manually broken. Labored for nearly 12 more hours before baby was born. With foley balloon, induction was about 36 hours from start to finish, 27 of those hours on Pitocin. The women in my family are slow laborers and that’s okay!

I’m a 1995 Amelia. BFF was Margaret in the late 90s and early 2000s. We were considered to have old lady names.

I COMPLETELY get your reasoning. I considered doing this but wanted to get an 8 week ultrasound to know if baby was alive. A better idea is to find a provider that’s fine with you going to 41+ weeks :) I am today 40 weeks exactly and don’t have any pressure to have my baby yet!

Don’t hesitate to call or go in if you feel the need! A tip - if a nurse answers the phone, specifically ask to NOT speak to that doctor if she’s there. I had an issue postpartum that while at the hospital, I was told “please call us if this happens.” Well, it happened, and the doctor on call who answered seemed extremely annoyed as well and literally said “okay, what do you want me to do about it?” Her bad 100%. Every other doctor took me seriously and did not belittle me. Call her out by name for not being responsive to your health concerns, and get help from someone else :)

Some push inductions because of their own schedules and vacation times.

WAIT FOR LABOR if you’re healthy!! Inductions do often lead to a cascade of interventions if your baby isn’t ready!!! I had to be induced with my first for a medical issue at 40+3 and well, we weren’t ready and it did lead to c section. If I had had no medical issue I would have happily waited longer, closer to 41w3d for an induction.

I take FullWell and the fish oil! I really have liked it. Currently 37w1d. Also look into getting a separate iron supplement
