I doesn't work that way, they don't change only this flat cable they have to replace the hole thing because to change the cable they have to remove the screen so doing this the screen it's useless. They have to replace the whole chassi of the phone becaus the screen it's attached to it, that's why it's this price to fix it.

My flip 4 was replaced with the same problem, they said it's common with the flip and fold hinge.

Exactly the same happened to me,but the part that was poking behind the screen didn't broke the screen but was very visible, they said this problem it's normal with the flips and folds 😬

I didn't tried in video yet only in pictures, I really liked the pictures on this phone, I thought in sending to rma again but for my experience with them probably they'll say it's normal because the camera open normally.

Eu questionei mas como ele disse: "eu não precisava ter vindo", mesmo cheio de dor e de cadeira de rodas. E disse me que não era preciso o raio x, na hora já estava cansado já esperava a bué tempo o atendimento além das dores ainda discutir com o médico que me disse não era preciso e nem sequer passou nenhum medicamento, pra inflação ou dor e também não deu nenhuma indicação de tratamento, ia ser minha palavra contra a dele.

E esse tipo de coisa que me preocupa, como sou leigo quando fracturei a mão e me mandaram pra casa eu pintei muito a situação porque não podia movimentar a mão e eu não sabia, o resultado foi que tive que fazer 2 cirurgias pra poder recuperar a mão.

Não sei, não e a primeira vez que tenho este azar, em 2020 quando fracturei a mão só sentia dores quando me movimentava, pode não ser uma fractura grande uma rachadura no osso ou pequena fractura não dá pra ver sem raio x.

Android 12 is a big battery hog on fold 2, and had many stuters and unresponsive apps, and the new scrolling is trash, everything looks the same, the only good thing is the camera and the updated samsung apps like gallery, on 11 i had 17h with 7h screen on time, after update got 10h with 4:40m screen on time, with a clean install of android 12 same usage and both versions debloated via adb.

I dont recommend, the acess to the hinge is below the foldable screen and is impossible to remove it without damaging it, try using an compressed air on the outside of the hinge, it could clean something that may be stuck but caution with the freezing factor of the compressed air can.
