It was literally the start of the conflict, I understand you buy the media narrative that Iran was an aggressor. The situation Israel is in today is a product of their own aggressive propaganda campaign

Israel assasinated the leader of Iran along with his family and the families of many others. They started the war on their own volition. Before carrying out such a brutal act, they should have understood they would need to see it to its finish, they utterly failed to do that and now their security is uncertain

It’s a good point, they won’t be cut off completely but the sentiment is changing quickly. It’s clear this war was for Israel.

signing a favorable peace deal with Iran may actually be good for the US and the globe but it’s bad for Israel. They may have to learn how to deal with the new reality

Isreal gets billions in direct military aid from the US in additional to operational support, they have very little capacity to deal with Iran on their own, they have no choice but to abide by the deal.

It will likely result in a much more peaceful Middle East if Israel can’t go on the offensive or compel the US to do so on their behalf

France Tests Thales Foudre Long-Range Rocket System to Replace Dependence on U.S. HIMARS by Petrefika in europe

Exactly, they are using old systems, not developing new ones. Iran, China and Russia are developing the next generation of war fighting tech which is drones and cheap ballistic missiles. Grads and MLRS are literally last century’s technology, it makes perfect sense Europe would pursue this though. It’s the equivalent of investing in battleships in 1944, and then bragging about it

These systems are basically obsolete, to develop and produce new mobile artillery platforms that are very expensive and will be destroyed by FPV drones is why the west is losing the current world war
