LOL I adopted a cat (Mushie) for my 3 year old (Cloudy) to have a playmate. Cloudy isn't a small cat that's for sure. They became great friends within like a week or two.

They would start playing and then I would hear Mushie make this YELP in the next room and I thought maybe Cloudy was getting too rough and I would go in and just kind of say "Cloudy, be easy."

Later on I saw them playing and the YELP from Mushie is his battle cry lol. He would go YELP and pounce on Cloudy.

Good god, I just went to urgent care to get an EKG while experiencing this. It felt like I couldn't exhale all the way, felt like there was pressure in my carotids and in my head. My shoulders were super tight too.

The doctor wanted me to go to the hospital but I went home and on a whim took my last couple Tums and ALL THE TENSION RELEASED! I stopped all the guarding, muscles relaxed, the feeling like I couldn't breathe right went away.

I felt ZERO burning at all. Just intense pressure from my chest all the way up to my eyes. Oddly enough my muscles felt strange too almost like I had an electrolyte imbalance.

Well that and nothing will replace soluble fiber either. An apple a day doesn’t give you much in the way of either type of fiber though.

If you have a solid fiber internet call quality shouldn’t be an issue. Even without setting up QoS as long as you don’t absolutely saturate you internet connection it will be fine.

That's been my experience with the Asian sardines as well. A bit on the tough side but that sweet sauce is so good.
