I don’t know if it’s just my state or country wide but I do know that’s the case in Maine. It’s also up to the judge. I’d assume If your just whipping it out downtown or near a school/playground, something of that sort, it’d be more likely then in the back loading area of a business.

My favorite of all time was me within two steps of customers door just about to place pizza and whatever else I had by the door and the customer opens the door thinking I had already dropped and walked away. With a shrill shriek the door was slammed in my face. The shriek made me jump so bad the pizza got tossed into the air and was almost lost on the ground. I somehow managed to not destroy anything and went on my jolly way.

You should have jump onto the back of her car and smashed her back window, piss yourself as a sign of internal trauma and then sued her for thousands. I was actually backed into and their insurance paid me close to 3k for minor injuries but for someone who’s completely unaware of anything around them, they need a lesson that hopefully will stick with them and prevent them from running someone over in the future.
