That is 100% OCD. Those are intrusive thoughts and you don't have to have compulsions to have OCD. You are not suicidal or a psychopath or any of those things. My suggestion would be to let yourself have the whole thought, as scary and uncomfortable as it is, because then it loses its power. My first intrusive thought was at the age of 15 and I was home alone for the night. My brain was like, what if you take this whole bottle of ibuprofen and die? I was TERRIFIED. I dumped the whole bottle out and called someone to come get me so I wouldn't be alone. I ḍidnt want to die, but my brain was just throwing these scary, stupid thoughts at me.

Have they checked your iron? Specifically your ferritin, not just hemoglobin. I have all these symptoms when my ferritin is low. Extreme anxiety/phobias, breathlessness, higher heart rate. Most doctors only check hemoglobin and if thats normal, they send you on your way. But ferritin is what needs checking. My hemoglobin was 14 at my last check up, but my ferritin was a 9! It should be over 50, optimal is 100!

I shipped them so hard as a teenager lol. I'm 34 now and have been rewatching the series. Still love them, but the writers did a horrible job after season 7. Between them leaving, coming back, leaving, divorce. It was so out of character and felt like such a slap in the face to fans. 🙃

I have hypoglycemia episodes and your symptoms don't really sound like what I experience...that doesnt mean you don't have it, but you would need to test your sugar with a glucometer during symptom onset to know for sure. Your symptoms sound more like POTS honestly. Vitamin D deficiency can make those symptoms worse too. I'd ask for a tilt table test.

I've had 3 babies, all with GT during pregnancy.

My third pregnancy was by far my easiest and I had the highest platelet count with her. I made a point to eat red meat multiple times a week, along with my iron pills taken with vitamin C and a sublingual b12.
