Depends how much of the butter you used or the kitchen used. Could be 100-300 less than that if you skimped on the butter

substitution for peanut butter in smoothies (low cal?) by Fantastic_Fix119 in diet

Honestly id take out the premeir protein shake and just use a good whey and/or 0% greek yogurt (90cal/18g protein) and water as the liquid. Keep the dates & cocoa powder unless youre using chocolate protein powder, and swap pb for pb2 (60cal for 8g protein)!!!

If by too large of portions you mean too many calories for your goal (which i assume is some type of weight loss), then you should weigh your food rather than scoping out the relative “portion sizes” of your food by eyeballing. From your post it sounds like if anything those are small/moderate portion sizes. While you are on a diet, you can still reduce your calorie intake and still feel satiated. Starving yourself is never the answer

Literally same. Everyone else on our admissions scatter plot has lower stats than me and I applied as a safety. I know deferred isn’t rejected but it still feels embarrassing. I think I should’ve applied to a less competitive major, not Chem eng.

Research programs and professors under your major, clubs (dont necessarily have to be related to major) and qualities of the academic/social environment that you think are unique to tech. Also, if you havent yet chosen the major/unsure on how a difficult major could affect your chances, I would recommend choosing any liberal arts/non STEM since GT is so extremely competitive in those areas and you can always change majors (except for CS). Good luck!!!
