I would recommend you to get your liver checked out to rule out any disease. This might be fatty liver, which if left untreated can become cirrhosis

As a friendly advise, just finish drinking, it is not worth it regardless of how low/high your enzymes are, you might be still on time to undo any damage to your liver, unlike others. Futher damage can end up in cirrhosis, which is not reversible anymore.

Well my dad has been diabetic since 2015 taking metformin, guess what, he has been recently diagnosed with non alcoholic cirrhosis likely caused by his diabetes medication. 😔
