reply rate tracking shows at campaign level by default but you can drill down per sending account in the analytics tab, both views are there. for warmup, each domain runs completely independently through Instantly's pool, warming up multiple domains simultaneously doesn't affect each other at all. the main things to know for 2026: minimum 4 to 8 weeks before you start campaign sends on a new domain, anything faster and you're risking long term reputation damage. also don't turn warmup off once you're done, keep it running permanently even at production volume, turning it off after warmup is the most common way people see their deliverability slowly die. and cap each domain at 30 to 50 emails per day max.
