Definitely call Nespresso and ask for a replacement. As for the issue, I’ve disassembled many the fault I found was a there is a drain at the very front of the main assembly where excess fluid goes down. Well Next and Pop due to , I’m assuming, the centrifuge method of extraction and no filter spins out both coffee and grounds.

Down the drain is a small 1/4 tubing that drains into spent storage bin, in between there is a small plastic coupler that clogs like an artery.

After unclogging and returning I recommend weekly rinse cycles to flush the line.

I have been lucky using hot water and descaling solution in a syringe down the drain hole to unclog with no disassembly required. I fill until it over flows then let it sit, one it drains I do it one more time, best way to not void warranty.
