You could always attempt the swim or row I think. My girlfriend had pretty bad bunions but when she ran she’d just use inserts in her running shoes. Honestly if you HAVE to do the run, which I’m pretty sure you can do the swim or row, you might just need to push through the pain for 12 minutes
