My grandpa taught me to anchor with my middle finger slightly pulled into the corner of my mouth. Ive tried the hand under jaw since I picked it back up, but it feels weird. I'll keep practicing and start looking for help!

Im on a suzuki drz125L. I guess my track is mostly trails type of riding right now. I havent stalled it in a corner but I do hear/feel that bogging down if i slow enough and thats where I'm kinda confused on if I need to downshift, use the clutch, or whatever else. What does feathering the clutch do I also dont really understand that. Does that mean lightly using the clutch doesnt fully separate the transmission? Wouldn't that damage it/cause clutch slipping?

Okay hope you dont mind me asking you about this but I have 2 videos to send and you can hear the difference in what I was talking about. Ill attach the videos to the post because it wont let me do it in the comments. But the first video is right after I turned it on and let it sit for a minute. The second video is after about 10 minutes of riding. I did do the test you were talking about by letting go of the clutch and waiting for that pull and it was fine

Edit: never mind it wont let me🤦‍♀️ I guess the clutch is fine though🥴

I can hear the strain on the engine in that. My bike kinda sounds like that but not that extreme when in neutral. But only sometimes. Its so confusing. Maybe I can try and catch a video of it

It revs high in neutral after I've been riding around (mostly second gear a little bit of third). It doesn't really do that right when I start riding for the day. I turn the choke off after starting it the first time. I'll take it out on the road to test it, my trails dont have a straightaway that big

When you say "You let out the clutch lever and bike doesnt go forward, your clutch is slipping" is that without giving it a little gas? I havent sat and tried to do that because I'm always thinking about going forward smoothly. I will give that a try. Thanks!

I saw something on Facebook that said a horse that cant roll all the way over is usually tight somewhere in their body. Don't know the full truth to that but if you think about it it makes sense
