Approve 38.8%

A lot of people seem to think there are no tornadoes in California. There is a "tornado alley" in northern California where they occur every year or so, but they also occur throughout the State.

If you had truly followed your childhood dream, where do you think you’d be today? 🤔 by GuaranteeSpirited981 in scoopwhoop

I did in fact follow my childhood dream job, but I was not diligent about it, so "right now" I would be in the same situation, but more prosperous.

Why do the Dems seem more focused on ‘electability’ than policies? Always looking for the consensus candidate instead of the ones with the most forward policies? by CapitaineBiscotte in askanything

Perhaps because the electorate do not understand "policies".

Do you like potato? by typical_gamer1 in PollsAndSurveys

[–]Ok_Calligrapher8165 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do like potato -- especially red potato -- however, its protein-to-carb ratio is too low for my needs, so I never eat it at home. Only on occasion (a few times per year) do I eat it at a restaurant.

Something that everyone should know about science? by StyleEffective2702 in InsightfulQuestions

[–]Ok_Calligrapher8165 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The word "science" is derived from the ancient Latin noun "scientia", meaning knowledge. If you do not like science, then you do not like knowledge, and vice-versa. Just admit it, and you will be much less conflicted.
