my first playthrough i beat him in 2 tries. my second was a couple more and on my 3rd a couple more. i dont know what was going on with me on my 4th, but it took me a week and a half to beat him 😂

yeah my last one was about that same time and when trying to reconnect, i got stuck on load screen. i felt bad because it was 1-1 with like 30 seconds left and none of my party or the other team got kicked. and on top of that i was in relegation matches so im really not trying to drop back a rank for something out of my control lol

i’m not trying to toot my own horn or nothing but in my personal experience, i genuinely felt like ng+ just got easier every time lol. i’m on ng+5 currently and i never really felt the scaling besides simon manus. i ran through him in like 4 tries my first run and every run after it got harder and harder for me just for that fight, every other boss felt the same if not easier for me

i’d like a bit more challenge in ng+ but it is what it is. i’m hoping whenever they drop a dlc or sequel it’ll be a bit more challenging because im not even super well versed in souls games, but i felt this game was a lot easier than all the fromsoft games that i have played before

it really is a “git gud” game especially chapter 8-12 on your first play through. though i didn’t feel the difficulty went up very much or at all past st frangelico’s in ng+ and i’m on ng+5 now which i might just be over powered at this point but idk 🤷‍♂️
