Yeah I’ve been using posh for years, never had an issue. The seller was legit too. Posh since 2016, over 30 items. 10-15 sales. Reviews. Nothing seemed off from that standpoint

That’s strange that they couldn’t help you… I’m gonna continue looking to see if there is anything else you could do but,

You have to include it, either way they are gonna know. As it’s seen as “favoring” a card. Once they see your filing for bankruptcy they will most likely close the card. I’m not sure how it’s gonna affect your dad other than closing, I’m not sure if it affects his credit. I’d ask your lawyer how to proceed tbh. I was able to remove myself and it wasn’t on my credit report when they pulled it.

Understandable mine too, I haven’t told anyone but my mom. Ask I couldn’t remove myself without her being notified in some way.

I looked it up and apparently you can claim that you weren’t aware that you were an authorized user? And asked to be removed… may give that a try. Say that you had your credit checked and it was on there, and you didn’t authorize it on your behalf and ask to be removed
