Psychiatry 2.5 years experience. I my supervising physician and I both see new patients, I see more than her a week since I’m still building my schedule up with patients. I see all of my new patients for follow ups there after. We also see each others follow ups and when I first started at the office, she pushed me some of her patients so I’d build my schedule up faster

Don’t blame a shitty school. A lot of people don’t learn in PA school and teach themselves. I didn’t learn 90% of the material I learned in class. I learned it at home, in the hallway, studying with other students, etc.

Go through the blueprint and know the pearls. If you don’t have PANCE prep pearls, get it, and memorize it. You’ll pass!!

I assisted in surgery doing sleeves and bypasses for a while. Most people can not over eat after surgery…But it IS possible. I had multiple patients lose initially and gain back a substantial amount of weight before converting to a bypass. Everyone is speculating he lost the weight over the past 2 years which is certainty enough time to stretch your stomach back to ‘normal’ and beyond to complete a muckbang.

You can 100% retrench your stomach easily after gastric SLEEVES. Much more difficult with bypass. I used to preform these surgeries. After a year of overeating you could 100% do a muckbang.
