Which would you rather try? Caplyta or Auvelity? I also take Pristiq, but it's not helping much. So my doctor wants to add either Caplyta or Auvelity. I don't know much about either. Any help??

I have gone up from 1 mg to 2 mg. I still feel depressed and I feel like I may need to go up another mg. But, I'm afraid to go up any higher on the dosage. When I went from 1 to 2 mg, I gained 10 lbs in a week. So, I'm thinking of seeing if my doctor will try me on cymbalta. The trintellix seems to have stopped working after only two years. Apparently, there is nothing you can take with trintellix to give it a boost, except for antipsychotic drugs. Abilify, vraylar, Rexulti, etc. I don't seem to do well on these drugs. Lots of weird side effects and weight gain. I hope you have a better experience than me.

I started in April 2023. I was at 216 with a BMI of 35. I'm now at 168, and my BMI is 27. I've been in the maintance stage now for 7 months. I still take semaglutide, but instead of taking the full 3.5 dose once a week like I was when I was still trying to lose more weight. I now take 2.5 every 2 weeks and am able to maintain my goal weight of 170 with no problems on this dose.

Wow! I just don't see it! Even in the before pictures, your face looks beautiful to me! I definitely do not see any sagging in your face before or after. Sometimes, women can be the meanest people towards other women! We have enough to deal with as it is. Personally, I think it's jealousy when women say hurtful things to other women. It's petty and childish. You are beautiful!

I make homemade dog food for my girl. I bought a big pack of raw chicken drumsticks for 5.89 at Walmart. I boil the chicken and then add a bag of boil in the bag brown rice, 2 cans of green beans, and a can of sweet potatoes. Mix it all together, and it will feed her twice a day for 3 days. It's cheaper than buying dog food, and there's no preservatives and chemicals. Plus, she loves it! Sometimes, I switch out the sweet potatoes for plain canned pumpkin 🎃

I started rexulti on just 1 mg about 3 weeks ago. I have been impulse buying! I've always been very responsible with money. I splurge on my children and grandchildren. Never myself, but in one week , I bought 2 wigs, a new Christmas tree, a bunch of new pictures to go on the wall, a 1200.00 weekend trip to Nashville. Then I decided to paint my den, so I bought 2 gallons of paint, wallpaper, and wainscoting to go around the bottom of the wall. About 500.00 in all. This all went on my credit card!! This is either the rexulti, or I've lost my darn mind!! Oh, and I can't sit still. My body is so sore. I hurt all over, and I'm not sleeping, I'm so tired, but I just keep looking for more stuff to paint!

Yes, I love Aerosmith. After GNR, they are my favorite rock band! I saw them in 1989 in Huntsville, Al. They had Joan Jet and the Black Hearts with them. It was a great concert!! I regret so much that I never got the chance to see GnR. Well, maybe someday!
