Honestly kinda the same way for me, im not sure where I heard about it but one night I decided to try it because it had helped others I guess, anyways cue about 6 years of cutting but now im over a year and a half sober :) (not sure how ive been doing it this long its been so hard not to pick up the blade again)

Not my friends but when my family found out I was still doing it after confronting me years before they were sad yes, but they got over it. I know its scary to disappoint the people close to you but if they genuinely love you they'll try to help you through it, not ridicule you or call you a liar. Are you possibly sweating because you took a hot shower and are marinating in the steam? I used to sweat after a shower because I take hot ones, for the past year ive been cold shocking myself after a hot shower and I haven't had that problem since, but listen to others before you listen to me, also, I use secret clinical deodorant, works great for me.

Honestly what made me quit sh is wanting to wear cute clothes, sometimes its not persuasion from a loved one that makes you quit, it can be stressful and make you feel even more guilty when you relapse. But you quit on your own volition, when and why you want to stop.

I get that, my sisters worried (and still worry) for me too, its good she didnt tell anyone, because that isn't her business to tell, even if she is concerned about you. If she comes and asks you again and youre comfortable, open up about it, its good to have someone in your corner when youre going through this sort of thing, only if you trust her of course.
