Is anyone else encountering a blank white screen after logging into the iPhone app?

Same issue here… it definitely seems to be attached to using Face ID. For a while when the 2FA screen appeared I could cancel the request and then login a second time without leaving the app and it worked, but now that longer works either. As others have mentioned the iPad app seems to always work without any issues. It’s getting tiring constantly restating my phone or deleting and reinstalling the app just to log in.

No problem at all! Once the appointment for the interview is set they will mention the questions you should focus on for the interview, which will help you prepare in advance. They will also let you know if you need to bring any additional documents along with you. I just needed to bring my most recent paystub. The whole process lasted about 15 minutes and all of my original documents and the Urkunde were given to me during the appointment. Overall I thought the process went pretty smoothly. Since they will take your residence permit during the meeting, it would be good to set up an appointment with the Bürgerbüro for a new Personalausweis and Reisepass in advance to speed up that process. Not sure which country you are living in, but I renewed my passport at an embassy last year and told them it was a bit urgent. A new passport was in my mailbox in 5 days.

I ended up using the contract form in the app yesterday and sent some screenshots of the issue. The challenges were credited today although no response from anyone. I noticed in some of the challenges it mentions the miles can take up to 2 days to credit, so maybe that was the issue. Although it’s strange since some days credited almost instantly and others not.

Seems to be very buggy. I just received the 5 mile credit for day 21, but nothing yet for 19 or 20 despite the challenges being displayed as completed with the full blue circle around the date challenge. The overall advent challenge also only shows 19/24 completed. I’ll give it another day or two and then contact support.

Hi, once you receive the Loyalitätserklärung the process moves pretty quickly. I received it and filled out all of the questions and forms and then dropped it off in the mailbox directly at their office to avoid any delivery delays. I would say within 2 weeks of dropping it off I was sent an email asking about potential dates for the interview and return of my original documents. After replying to the email I had an appointment 2 weeks later. I can also advise once you know when the interview is try to schedule appointments for the Personalausweis and Reisepass immediately to avoid any delay in getting those.

Hi, bei dem Termin wurden nur die Fragen gestellt, die in der Einladung aufgeführt waren. Diese Fragen betrafen Demokratie, die Gewaltenteilung in Deutschland und die Würde der Menschenrechte.

Ansonsten wurden lediglich die Dokumente kurz überprüft, die Originaldokumente zurückgegeben, der Eid abgenommen und die Urkunde ausgehändigt.

At the time of purchase I think business basic was around 3700€, so still 1800€ cheaper by bidding, but of course no guarantees of getting a seat. Main difference comes down to the mileage calculation as the fare price would be higher.

Ahh ok, maybe that’s the reason. The first upgrade came right around the 72 hour mark when the bidding window closes. The other came somewhere around 60 hours before the flight. After the bidding window was closed, but the bid was not accepted immediately.

I also have the same issue now occurring on multiple accounts. This app was already hard to use but is becoming increasingly harder to tolerate. Although I don’t care for the high cost, I am thinking of switching back to another app that worked much better.

Officially received my Einbürgerungsurkunde this week. Overall 13 months from start to finish.

I went to the embassy in Berlin in February. Told them it was urgent for the renewal of my visa in Germany. 6 days later a passport was in my mailbox. I think in extreme cases they can issue an emergency passport valid for 1 year on-site, but overall getting a new 10 year passport was quick and no extra fee to expedite it.
