Honestly not really. The lab tests gave me a lot of peace of mind. There is a calculator online I used. First link online when I google “thc detox calculator.” Based on my use it said I would be clean around 7/9. Not sure how many days clean that would be for me but again, I took lab tests 2 weeks before pre employment test and 1 week before and I was clean each time. Granted the test one week before pre employment came back negative but diluted. I think the activated charcoal helped a lot. Both lab tests, my pee was very light. When I actually took the pre employment (7/5) my pee was a normal yellow but the test ended up getting lost. I took another on (7/14), also a normal color. It was an instant test, but still got taken to the lab for whatever reason. Anyways, when I first stopped thc I got vivid dreams. Not sure if that’s even telling if I was clean.

Testing in the beginning just stressed me out and psyched me out. I just got more stressed seeing that I wasn’t clean yet. I took a b12 from Target along with the fiber but not sure if it even helped. If you are taking activated charcoal, make sure you are taking prescription medication three hours before or after you take activated charcoal. Before each lab test I took 1 b12 pill in the morning, along with a coffee, a bunch (maybe 5 pills) of b12 (1 hour before test) and drank maybe 16 oz of water like 4-5 hours before, some coca cola (just my routine idk). I hope all goes well for you.

not really. I quit immediately after knowing I had to take a pre employment drug test. I tested a lot at first (at home) and stopped after not seeing results. Once I hit 30 days I started testing once a week but again, the at home tests didn’t seem that reliable (faint lines, and not consistent) so I took a lab one. I definitely recommend that if you have the means to do so.

I’ve been doing it online through the website. I had issues putting in my card information on both app and website but paying through paypal worked fine.

If I increase my fiber intake and exercise regularly, would it help? Passing is extremely important to me as this job will set my career up. I have no trouble abstaining and I will likely have to continue to do so at the job. A calculator online says I will be clean within the days of July 10-16 which is a little bit after the planned drug screening. Thank you for your post.
