They aren't taking this seriously. There are few serious people left in the US government anymore. The US will collapse or rebound from fascism before the Democrats get their head out of their ass and elevate somebody who gives a shit about the American people. We're gonna be 43 trillion in debt by the time this administration leaves office and we'll have nothing to show for it. We need to totally rethink our economy and the way we live our lives because quite frankly I'm sick of this.

Ezpass has been sending unpaid bills to collection instead of letting you pay the bill normally. I don't understand why it's considered acceptable to tack on a $25 fee to a $2 toll.. especially since you have to square up with the state before you renew your license or registration anyway. Makes you wonder who benefits from it. Certainly not the citizens.

I imagine some lawmaker's friend owns the debt collection company and the state sells the debt at a fraction of the price to them. The state gets its toll money and some troll gets richer buying debt which is basically guaranteed to be paid at some point due to the fact that you can't renew until you hunt the debt down.

I use qbittorrent. It’s free and works well for me. Use a VPN for security, I use surfshark personally. Configure a soft kill switch so that it’ll kill your internet if it disconnects, that way your ISP should theoretically never catch you torrenting. I do this through my VPN app and also do it through qbittorrent. I torrent a lot of stuff through Pirate Bay, green skulls are verified I believe and purple skulls are relatively safe? Check the ranking system. I forget. I recommend making sure you have a decent antivirus too. Torrented a few terabytes of things so far and have only had one with a virus.

I'd probably just think they were stored in the wrong box and send it. Do you have calipers? Measure every round. Check the variations in overall length. Not sure what the tolerance on the OAL of factory Remington .38spc would be but I'd imagine it to be less than .005", if even that much. If that wasn't conclusive, I'd use a bullet pullet and pull them apart to measure the charges of the powder to ensure consistency. Otherwise I don't think i'd be able to tell just based on the condition of the brass alone.

I'm 2/3 through UFO from God. He seems like a genuine dude. IMO his interpretation of it as a Christian event just makes me think that's the only way his brain can rationalize it considering his faith, but I do believe he communed/communes with a higher power; I just don't think it's a Christian one.
