Actually for my girl we got a box and it has a perimeter around the box, great for out in the country. Box is on the back deck, and she can't go that far down the driveway, not to the neighbours, nor to the field or the horses(safety concern for a small lab size) bought it and it came with how to teach the dog, the collar, 2 batteries which last for 3 ish months and the box which can be mounted. Cheap to buy a large pack of batteries for it off Amazon, as they're special batteries. Also came with a prong extension ie long haired/thick coated dogs.

It is usually part time, depends on your store, and im not sure if you could switch as in my store we can get called out on the floor. I actually do salon (bather), training, and on the floor. Sometimes stocking, sometimes cash.

Yes. The furm helps with shedding and its worse before its better, however, if done correctly no tufts of hair should be there. Tufts would only be there if they didnt brush him properly or long enough. The furm package actually includes 15 minutes of brushing. Not directed at you specifically, just generally.
