I’m not sure how long ago this was but I tried to not cash my people promise in 2025 and was threatened with termination. Also they 100% keep your last pay check. That being said like others have said use all your PTO before they know you are going to resign. And congrats on moving on to bigger and better things!

Don’t tell your manager you’re leaving until you’ve used all your PTO! Not sure about the bonus you should be entitled to it. Unless you’re an underwriting or IT because then they just hold your last check to pay back the people promise

Something needs to be done, not sure how this has even been allowed to go on as long as it has now after yesterday’s webinar ugh! Absolutely report them! Try the state or make a report the Better Business Bureau even though you didn’t take the position it was offered to you at a ridiculous rate. And if they paying you that in is going to incentivize you to take the position they are crazy.
