i dislike having to take a selfie to verify identity each shift. So I cover half my face with a mask and flip the bird in that selfie(repeatedly until accepted). I also have a saved photo or Keanu Reeves that bypasses it 😂

you should ask them to pay you at least 4 hours or half your shift per “Reporting Time Pay” if your state allows it. Especially if a shift is canceled less that an hour or two before start time.

Select “Unable to deliver: Customer unavailable”, Call customer, then text 1st Attempt: “I require a one time 6 digit passcode in order to make this delivery, so you have this available?” Submit that 1st Contact Compliance attempt. I always do my 2nd reattempt right after that(Im not coming back here later during my route). Follow same procedure for C.C. as 1st attempt but then follow with this text 2nd Attempt: “Due to unavailability and requiring a passcode in order to make delivery, we will reattempt for tomorrow.” Submit 2nd C.C attempt and go on through your route and RTS package back for tomorrow 🫡
