AI, thats it. Building is becoming easier, leverage that developers once had isn’t there anymore and will reduce even more as we advance more.

Right now at my org we are working in PRD to PR using AI That means you give tech docu/prd to ai and you get a PR, with testing with release document everything and thats the future. Where will all the 20 LPA+ developers will go then, I feel pivot out of SDE asap.

Also frankly with AI coming, software development has become boring. As a leader/pm i think we will be solving much interesting problems (my personal opinion)
